RULE 2 - EXAMINATION OF FILES

No person except authorized court personnel, parties or their attorneys shall be permitted to examine the complaint filed in any case until after service of summons. Thereafter, such files are available to any person upon reasonable request during regular business hours. Subject to the limitation of Criminal Rule 16 full disclosure of all public record information shall be made available upon reasonable request.
