RULE 28 - COURT SECURITY

The Lakewood Police Department shall be primarily responsible for providing security to the Lakewood Municipal Court. The specific policies and procedures for Court security are contained in the Policy and Procedures Manual of the Lakewood Police Department. The policies and procedures for Court security shall be reviewed by the Court with the Police Department on an annual basis and at any other time as the need arises or the Court deems appropriate.
