IN RE: COST SCHEDULE REVISION FOR GARNISHMENT ACTION
(personal earnings)

Effective March 30, 1999 and in accordance with revision in Section 2716 of the Ohio Revised Code, garnishment action (personal earnings) costs are increased as follows:

· $75.00 per filing (civil case judgment)

· $50.00 per filing (small claims judgment)

· $10.00 additional per filing (employer/garnishee)

It is hereby ordered, adjudged and decreed that the aforementioned cost schedule revision be adopted and effective this 30th day of March, 1999.
