Waiverable Fee Schedule
WAIVERABLE FEES - PAGE 1 (effective October 16, 2009)
All accident cases are waiverable and do not require court appearance.
Any Minor Misdemeanor not listed may be waived @ $150.00 plus court costs. No violation that could result in jail may be waived.
A waiver is admitting your guilt by signing the statement on the reverse side of the ticket, submitting a check or money order for the amount due and forwarding to Lakewood Court. This may also be done in person at the Violations Bureau.
